How fast can I expect my shipment?

Shipments are made on a first in first out basis.  We do our best to ship within 48 hours.

Can I order a firearm?

Yes.  Simply place the item in your cart and fill in the information about your local FFL dealer.  Your local dealer will need to be made aware of your intentions and provide us a signed copy of their FFL.  We will then transfer the fire arm to your local dealer.  Once the firearm has arrived you will need to go to your local dealer and fill out the necessary paperwork.  Please be aware of your local laws.

Can you ship to a PO box?

No.  We must have a physical address to ship to.

Absolutely!  We are happy to help in any way we can.

What do I do if I have a problem with a product?

Call us or email us.  We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and after-sales support.  If we cannot resolve through correspondence we will have you ship the product back to us.  Upon receipt of the product we will determine if it is fixable or needs replaced.  We will work with you to make sure that you are informed and are able to participate in the process.
